To book a room, download the hotel room reservation form, fill it in and fax it directly to the Crowne Plaza on fax: + 41 22 747 0303 by 25 March 2006. After this date, rooms and rates are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. A deposit of one night"s stay is required to secure your reservation.
The hotel should be notified directly of any changes or cancellations. Deposits will be refunded if room reservations are cancelled 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival. No shows will be billed for one night"s accommodation. Guest check-in time is from 12:00 onwards. Guest check-out time is 12:00.

Airport and hotel transfers
The hotel is only three minutes from Geneva International Airport. A shuttle bus departs from the hotel and the airport every 20 minutes between 05:50 and 12:10. From 12:10 to 24:00, the shuttle bus is available on demand. At the airport, the shuttle bus is parked at exit 4.
Visa information
All visitors must hold a passport that is valid at least three months beyond the intended length of stay.
